At Boards Express, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process in line with Google Merchant Center and Shopping Ads requirements.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested and initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Exchanges

  • We accept product exchanges within 7 days.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Return & Exchange Methods

  • In-Store Return: You may return or exchange your item directly at our store.
  • Drop-Off Location: You may also drop off your return at our designated return location.

4. Costs & Fees

  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Customers are responsible for delivery or drop-off of returned products unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Exceptions
