  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+03:00, Nairobi time) will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery time across Kenya is 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery time may vary during peak seasons, special promotions, or due to courier delays.

3. Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship to all destinations within Kenya only.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and product weight/size.
  • In some cases, promotional free shipping may be offered — details will be displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery Methods

We partner with reliable local couriers to ensure safe and timely deliveries. Orders can be:

  • Delivered directly to your specified delivery address, or
  • Collected at a designated pick-up/drop-off point where available.

  • If you experience delays or issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Boards Express is not liable for delays or lost orders caused by incorrect addresses.
